The people behind Sparkppixel have spent years working alongside Kitale's traders, clinic owners, tutors, and entrepreneurs.
Sparkppixel is a family-run digital services business operating out of Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. Founded in 2018 by siblings with backgrounds in information technology and business administration, the company began as a one-room operation offering basic website builds to market traders and school suppliers. Over six years and more than 150 completed client projects, we have grown into a three-person team that covers digital presence setup, appointment management systems, and a curated product line for small and medium enterprises. We serve clients in Kitale, Eldoret, Webuye, and surrounding towns, with remote support extending across Kenya. Our client base spans retail shops, medical clinics, tutoring centres, NGO field offices, and freelance professionals. The indigo-tech palette of our brand reflects exactly where we sit: a cool, precise, technology-led approach anchored in warm, human relationships built over years on Kenyatta Street.

Every Sparkppixel engagement begins with a scoping conversation — not a sales pitch. We ask questions about your actual situation, identify what will genuinely help, and price the work before a single invoice is raised. We do not subcontract our client-facing work; the same family members who sold you the service are the ones who deliver it. Our process for digital projects follows four steps: scope and brief, build and configure, review and amend, hand over and train. We allocate realistic timelines and communicate proactively when something shifts. Where we draw clear limits: we do not manage ongoing social media content on behalf of clients, we do not provide legal or financial advisory services, and we do not promise specific search-engine rankings — organic ranking depends on factors outside any vendor's full control. We will always tell you when a request falls outside our competence and, where we can, point you to someone better placed to help.
